Door curtains | Building management system | Supply & fit sanitary ware |
Small power | Lighting including emergency lighting | Feature lighting |

The Priory Approach
It was crucial to complete this project quickly so the restaurant could open as soon as possible.
We worked closely with the client, design team and head chefs to understand the best way to install the services. Detailed surveys of the existing landlord’s supplies allowed us to create a design that incorporated the existing supplies with the additional provision that was needed.
To meet the aggressive schedule, we staged the release of the design information. This meant our installation teams could get a head start on the first fix works while other parts of the project were still in design phase. We further supported this client’s tight schedule by using two teams working in split shifts during the week to maximise productivity.
“We have worked with Priory for over 16 years across a large range of projects, sectors and sizes and they have never let us down. They genuinely care about each project and go above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome whether that be through design, installation or maintenance. Successful projects are about good people and Priory excel on this front.”
