The Priory Approach

We ran an initial feasibility study to review the practicality of installing air conditioning and updating the water supply to the property.

The plan involved running the refrigeration externally in an underground purpose-made cable duct. This was installed in a trench around the perimeter of the house. The pipework entered the house at low level through purpose-made architectural brick details. To minimise the internal impact of the air conditioning, we used chassis type fan coil units, fitted in bespoke joinery.

“I first came across Priory in 2002 whilst working on a super prime residential refurbishment project in Mayfair. I was impressed by their approach as they seemed intent on listening to the requirements of the client and the wider professional teams. We have continued to work with Priory and have completed numerous projects with them directly as well as through Main Contractors. . Priory are always very responsive and proactive both pre and post tender and the quality of their work to be of an exceptionally high standard. I am pleased to say that they have always maintained the same level of customer focus that initially impressed me.”
