Project Scope
This project involved the fit-out of to an existing ground floor office space overlooking the Thames and adjacent to London Bridge. The fit-out included a boxing gym, café, changing facilities & office area.

The Priory Approach
We worked with LXA to design the mechanical, public health & electrical services to all areas. We were able to use some of the existing building services but needed to install standalone systems where the existing services were not suitable.
The standout feature of this project was the time in which it was implemented. From design, to installation and commissioning, this project took only 10 weeks.
